If you’d like to cancel Roots before you get billed, simply send an email at least 2 business days before your rebill date stating your desire to cancel. There’s no penalty to cancelling, no minimum commitment. If Roots isn’t your thing, you shouldn’t have to pay for it! Just email [email protected], providing your email address you used to purchase RAP and Roots as well as your request to cancel billing.
