About individual (a la cart) sessions

If you arent quite ready for the commitment of a package yet and want to test out coaching you can buy sessions one at a time with your coach.

• Individual coaching session- $125 for 60 minutes
• Couples coaching session- $150 for 60 minutes – you can bring your partner along the journey with you.
