Well hello there. If you have landed here because you are serious about finding your future coach, please give yourself a pat on the back. I want to acknowledge what a big step you are taking for yourself and your future. It took me over forty years to get to a place where I had the courage to hire a coach, own my crap, and step into my self-worth.
My name is Ashley, and I live in Nova Scotia, Canada, where life is just a bit slower, we are shaped by the land and the sea, and we laugh a lot. I grew up in a workaholic and alcoholic family and, for years, I harboured a boat-load of shame and resentment around my family and childhood. I had a pattern of chasing unavailable men and self-abandoning to receive love. As well, I did not know my core needs, avoided conflict, had horrible boundaries, and was totally out of touch with the wisdom of my body.
Since finding The Relationship School, I have been on quite a transformational path from pain and loneliness towards acceptance, growth, and relational healing. I have ultimately been navigating the way back home to myself, my “True North”, and it has been one hell of a trip.
As a coach, I am most passionate about helping clients reunite with their own “True North” as they step into their self-worth, thereby creating deeper relational connections. If you are looking for a “guide on the side” while you navigate your own relational journey, I’d love to come along for the ride. Let’s do this!
