My healing journey began with unbearable grief, caused by my own damaging patterns and outdated coping mechanisms, leading to the loss of yet another deeply treasured relationship. In the painful aftermath, I knew I had to unlearn the strategies that had me pushing people away and be teachable around relationships, clear communication, and effective conflict/repair.
My suffering led me to shadow work through the Ford Institute. It also led me to the deep psychology of intimate relationships, as well as presenced, centered coaching through The Relationship School.
For nearly two decades, I have been utilizing the transformational power of shadow work in my coaching sessions and my music. Under the direct guidance of Debbie Ford, the CEO and Founder of The Ford Institute, I found Carl Jung’s work on the shadow to be revelational and deeply healing.
This coaching method has allowed me to uplevel my life so that I could become an international recording artist, spiritual activist, voice teacher, music producer, and transformational coach.
When I began learning at The Relationship School, I found the teachings to be the missing piece to my relationship dilemmas. The work there helped me clear away the emotional debris that had me keeping my heart closed to healthy, mature love. With this new lens, my partner and I were able to begin the journey from challenge and conflict, to collaboration, teamwork and earned security.
