My coach (I have a Relational Leader Coach too) guides me to ‘thrive and arrive’ daily with calm, confident ease, and focus – all wins for my continuing success! I bring my heartfelt presence showing up as a role-model to my children and balancing a fun, sporty lifestyle and my coaching career. My biggest relational wins include regulating my nervous system to perform and turning my fearful thoughts into easy, even fun, communication with practice. Learning compassion for myself and truly owning what works and does not work for my self-accountability and busy calendar are up there too! Exploring how you develop your goals/wins, recognize your voids, own your losses, sustain and create real goals is where are stories meet up. My sincerity, coaching Learn-to-Skate for many years blends smoothly with my commitment to my coach mentor training at The Relationship School, and my Relational Leader clients.
