I am a highly sensitive individual with reformed and bolstered boundaries! In the past, my lack of boundaries and my sensitivity made it difficult to know where my feelings ended, and my partners began. I used to be afraid to speak up and lean into more vulnerable conversations about my deepest feelings. Not anymore.
Ultimately, you know what you need and how to get there. Discovering and owning this can be both confronting and maybe even destabilising. Commitment to this path is life changing, and growth & healing can be messy. I will challenge the stories you have about yourself and hold space for you to reconstruct your innermost assumptive beliefs – these are the crunchy ones that are keeping you where you don’t want to be.
