As a storyteller, pattern identifier, dot connector, it makes sense that I found myself asking “what’s my story? What’s my role in all this pain?” It took some time getting there and that’s okay. After painful relationship endings, challenging work and friendship dynamics, and feeling disconnected from myself, there were sensitive and authentic parts of me loudly asking to feel seen and heard, wanting an end to painful patterns that no longer served. That manifested as persistent curiosity leading me onto the path I’m on now – learning, growing, connecting inward and outward. As a Relationship Coach, I’m walking alongside individuals in their own relational journeys as a curious, lovingly supportive, and sometimes gently challenging guide showing what’s possible in finding routes back to authentic self and expression and through that, back to others. The Sociology student in me holds a systems view: zooming out, while still holding the unique quality of a person’s experience. I draw a lot of connective energy in being entrusted to hold space for others in their own relational explorations, so with so much gratitude, I look forward to working with you.
