8 Steps to Reconnect With Self & Partner

  1. When did these feelings start?
  2. What caused it?
  3. Isolate the incident.
  4. Get into your body and heart.
  5. Dive in and feel it.
  6. Get in relationship with your partner or a close friend. “Will you connect with me?”
  7. Own up to what you’ve been up to.
  8. Commit to taking care of the root issue.
