Elias Sonai

Hi, welcome! My first name is Elias (El-ee-as) Sonai. My pronouns are they/them. I’m a non-binary transgender person.

My transformational journey was ignited early on in my life, as I struggled with the tremendous discomfort of not fitting into the roles assigned to me in my youth. I painfully rejected the status quo around me in order to find my true self; I undertook a series of transitions including 20+ international relocations, 20+ jobs, 20+ very diverse relationships, 10+ failed projects, a few important spiritual breakthroughs, and one gender transition.

After navigating so much change in my life alone, I discovered the grounding power of healthy, balanced relationships. Today, I want to pay forward the love I receive from the secure relationships around me. I’m here to support others in crafting relationships where they can be affirmed for the unique contribution they make to this world, no matter what their background is. My passion is to empower people along the process of manifesting a life that is truly fulfilling to them.

In my day-to-day, I advocate for diversity and inclusion of different abilities, intercultural awareness, freedom of expression, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Relationship Anarchy, and Polyamory.
