Do you ever feel like fear is holding you back? 

It’s so easy to fall into that trap (and we all do it). But my good friend and men’s coach Tripp Lanier is here to bust you out of it and have some fun along the way.

He joins me in episode 299 of the RS podcast to talk about helping men navigate the world to get what they want and why it pays off to be a little dangerous. 

Like me, Tripp struggled with feeling lost back in the day before learning the tools he needed to stop hiding his emotions and deal with life, no matter how messy it gets. 

He shares a ton of incredible insights with his signature wit in his new book which is an awesome read for men as well as women.

I probably said “this is so good” about 50 times in this episode because it was SO FREAKING GOOD.
