I’ve longed to feel more at home in the world, and within the human family since I was young. I was always in love with nature – learning survival skills and exploring outside were what brought me alive. But, as I got older, I saw how the sense of connection that I felt amongst mountains and dirt didn’t carry into my interpersonal relationships.
My intimate relationships were marked with conflict, stress, and confusion; not feeling like I quite belonged. My sense of power was dimmed. I wanted to feel at ease, connected, and fully expressed with others.
This struggle and longing took me into studying neurobiology and trauma work, ecopsychology, wilderness rites of passage, and the magic and complexity of relationships. And, a whole bushel of working on myself.
Now, I want to help you move through your reactivity toward connection and clarity. Through melding nervous system work and a relational focus, I aim to support your biology to move out of threat and into ease, engagement & connection.
