“Since I was young, I have felt most at home, alone outside in nature. As I got older, I saw how the sense of aliveness and connection I felt amongst mountains and dirt didn’t quite carry into my interpersonal relationships. My early attempts at partnership were marked with conflict, stress, and confusion.
This struggle and desire to have more inspiring and fulfilling connections took me into a deep study of relationships, trauma work, and neurobiology (how the human Nervous System works). Along the way, I’ve explored Buddhist meditation, wilderness rites of passage, and a wide variety of different therapeutic traditions. Relationship coaching has been essential in getting me to a more empowered, clear place in my love life.
As a coach, I aim to support and challenge you to listen deeply to yourself, examine your sometimes unhelpful habits and strategies, and cultivate nourishing relationships. I believe in your innate goodness and worth, and know you have a lot of the answers already. And, remember that I’m on the ride with you: digging deep in myself when I feel stuck, learning and practicing tools, and humbling myself to the great task of love.”
