Step by step to what you want!

Most of us want to change something in different stages of our lives, it can be an aspect of a relationship that I am not happy with or a habit that I have that isn't helping me achieve the love or happiness I want in life. When we want to make those changes it is good to use ways to achieve the change that has previously worked for me or for others in the past.

Here is a successful formula to create changes in your life.

  1. Find out exactly what it is you want
To be specific is the key word here, make it clear
  2. Create leverage
Strengthen the feeling of what you want to get to and what you want to get away from
  3. Remove obstacles
Be honest and clarify for example habits that are preventing you
  4. Create new challenges and habits that will benefit you
Find habits that will benefit you and others in the long run
  5. Anchor these habits so that they become permanent
Use visualization and see yourself as already successful when it comes to the change
  6. Try that it works
Go through the previous steps and make sure you have done them properly

You can immerse yourself in the different steps in this class's article.
