It can be easy to talk about commitment in a partnership and going “all in.” But what does that look like in the day-to-day? It’s important to know when you’re in a relationship that you and your partner are both 100% committed, and in order to know that, you have to take a look at what that means. In this week’s podcast, Ellen and I give our perspectives on the subject and our answers to this great question from a Relationship School student. Check out the episode!

Hi, great episode, and question. Maybe I am mistaken but I was not able to find episode 368 in google podcasts. Hope you can double check and if anything post it up there 🙂 Keep up the awesome conversations 🙂

Loved this explanation so thank you.
Been married for 19yrs and because we both haven’t been good communicators in the marriage, I ended up having a affair. He new, stayed together 2 yrs later. He’s spend that time trying to get over the hurt and I changed/growth. I’ve tried in that 2 yrs to make it work, but then I get tired of trying, so I’m up down up down and most of all frustrated.
    Question
How long do you keep trying for?
He would stay in the marriage coz of the kids 17 and 13 and in the marriage vowels it says ‘for good and bad’ .

      hi Leanne,
thanks for your question. I think this is a very personal question and I’ll urge you to hire a Relationship Coach to unpack all the personal nuances, concerns, feelings, and anxieties you may have about a potential change to your marriage: https://relationshipschool.com/myrelationshipcoach/. Best of luck to you, and if working with a coach at this time isn’t accessible there are many more podcast episodes that may support you, so have a look through. I believe Jayson even addresses a ‘should I stay or should I go” kind of episode. Best of luck to you! – Meg
